Meet Highlights:
· The Enumclaw Hornets came away from the 4A West Central District Cross Country Championships with the entire boys team and two individual girls qualified for the WIAA 4A State Cross Country Meet next week in Pasco.

· The boys made a huge move up the finish order, placing 7th overall, up from 15th last year!

· The girls team also made advances from the previous year, finishing 11th, up from 15th in 2016.

· Hunter Storm ran to a 7th place overall finish, in a fantastic time close to the 19-minute barrier. She will be joined at Sun Willows Golf Course on November 4th by veteran junior competitor Payton Roberson. Payton cracked the top-25, earning her a spot as one of the best of the best from the West side of the state, along with the right to continue on to next week.

· The Hornet boys varsity state bound squad are (with place finishes): Sam Lingwall (17th), Alec Ritter (27th), Teagan Eldridge (40th), Kyle Revell (87th), Foster Barnhart (100th), Dominic Deady (109th) and Hunter McGowan (154th).

· We are excited for the opportunity to compete next weekend at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco. We are proud of how all of our Hornet Harriers have performed in just our second season in the top 4A classification.
