Good morning Hornets this is your midweek sports report. Congratulations to the boys basketball team on their resounding win over Sumner on senior night. Good luck to the girls basketball team who will hold our final senior night for winter sports on Friday. At this time we would like to say thank you to our amazing student body. Last Friday we held a benefit for a 14 year old Bonnie Lake student-athlete who is struggling with cancer. As students you dressed in gray and dug into your pockets to help a family in need. Then on Saturday we hosted a Special Olympics/Unified basketball tournament and again our students woke up early and helped work and support the event. We can’t say thank you enough. You are the best students this side of the Mississippi. Way to Go. Have a great Hornet day!
