Good Morning Hornets. This is your midweek sports report. Congratulations to both the boys and girls Cross Country teams for competing at State this past weekend. The girls placed 13th and the top finishers were Hunter Storm in 25th and Eric Hamel in 57th. Congratulations to the girls swim and dive team members who advanced to state. Hannah Simurdak, Abbie Carlson, Emilie Weyer, Elise Pratt, Grace Munnell, along with alternates Grace Rich, Grace Sales, and Anna Davenport. These ladies will be competing at the King County Aquatic Center on Friday. Congratulations to the Hornet Volleyball team made up of Victoria Hernandez, Kysa Bursch, Gia Landis, Lauren Hanson, Quinn Breidenbach, Barbie Becker, Baylee Harding, Alexa DeMarco, Kylie Rademacher, Katie Bull, Emily Miller, Kendra Kranc, Lauren Norton, and Demi Schmidt. These girls advanced to State in dramatic fashion coming from behind to beat Capital at the District Tournament. The Hornets begin play on Friday @ the Toyota Center in Kennewick.  Good luck to all athletes competing at State!
